Usually, they are our fears that we are not good enugh. We are our harshest critics. We judge ourselves and feel shame about our perceived shortcomings. We woulnd't be here without them. Let those experieces emerge from the shadows and see them for what they are. Your learning.

Adaptability is in high demand right now. We can be very resistant to change and at the same time, we are very good at it. You can observe that all around you these days, how we all need to adapt individually and how large organizations need to do that too. It is our best tool too survive and thrive. Adapting means to radically accept what is and not offering any resistance. It wastes precious energy and time :) I think it is best to look at it as an adventure or experiment. It is amazing what creative solutions can we come up with when we need to. Right now, however difficult it feels to leave our comfort zone, we are kicked out it and we need to surf the wawes. Volcano: “Pele (Pay-lay) is the goddess who lives on the Big Island of Hawaii, dwelling there in the craters of the active volcano Kilauea.
