To Be Fair

"Life isn't fair!" we hear it often. It isn't, it just is. Life.

It is difficult, boring, beautiful, full of miracles, tragic, funny, uplifting, challenging, etc. A lot of the experiences we have depends on what label do we choose to put on them. The least resistance we offer to life the more it just is. Life. All of our experiences make our life, not just those that we cherish. In fairness, the diffcult ones has a place in it too, since we wouldn't be who we are if didn't learn through them as well. Make peace with them and you'll find your peace too.

Adaptability is in high demand right now. We can be very resistant to change and at the same time, we are very good at it. You can observe that all around you these days, how we all need to adapt individually and how large organizations need to do that too. It is our best tool too survive and thrive. Adapting means to radically accept what is and not offering any resistance. It wastes precious energy and time :) I think it is best to look at it as an adventure or experiment.
