The Tree of Life
This is a lovely message just at the beginning of nature's yearly renewal. Time to pause and check out your gear before you spring into it. The branches may still look bare but you can already notice the first buds. Check out your roots, take time to reflect how much of your time do you spend in the now. Thoughts takes us to the future or the past. You may feel stressed and agitated if you do that a lot. How is your connection? Do you feel that you are always supported or you do you feel that you need to take care of everything by yourself. Trust in your support and guidance, leave some room for SPIRIT. Take some time to be out in a nature to reconnect. Just by looking at trees can help you feel more balanced. Enjoy the coming of Spring!
