This card came up in a protection position. Lightning can be very frightening and it is magnificent at the same time. It has the power to turn the darkness of the night into daylight. Adaptability is in high demand right now. We can be very resistant to change and at the same time, we are very good at it. You can observe that all around you these days, how we all need to adapt individually and how large organizations need to do that too. It is our best tool too survive and thrive. Adapting means to radically accept what is and not offering any resistance. It wastes precious energy and time :) I think it is best to look at it as an adventure or experiment. It is amazing what creative solutions can we come up with when we need to. Right now, however difficult it feels to leave our comfort zone, we are kicked out it and we need to surf the wawes. Hey Everyone, I think we can all relate to the message of this card, feeling stuck, restricted, confused, lost, powerless, helpless, - in short trapped. That doesn't feel good at all. However, the good news is that the trap is false. After all, we can remove the blindfold and kick those swords out of our way, right? What is your story?  To go on a vision quest can be useful when you feel stuck, lost or confused. Try to empty yourself as much as possible. I mean to be really open to anything that may show up. A vision quest is not about pushing for a verification or confirmation of what we want to hear. Release any expectations. The way you'll receive a vision or guidance or information may be very different from anybody else out there who get all these cool, funky visions. We are creator beings. Although this card refers to art and co-creation with Spirit, you can create a lot of things that you wouldn't consider art. Please broaden this meaning and don't let it intimidate you or hold you back. Many people don't think of themselves as creatives or artist, but we all all express Spirit in a unique way that can only come forth through us. Creation is an essential need. We have always tried to communicate with the Divine and interpret its messages by looking for signs in the world around us just like the priestesses in the temples of the Mesopotamian goddess Ishtar. The basic idea of Feng Shui is to create harmony in our home and in our environment. It is still cold outside, perhaps this is a good time to take a good look around at home. Protection message of the Higher Power (reversed card) This cards reminds us who we are. One with SPIRIT. Pure love in a human body. Eternal spiritual being. This cards also reminds us our connection with SPIRIT. Divine love. Oneness. Source. All there is. It is easy to lose sight of who we truly are and our connection in our daily lives just "don't furnish the rut" as the say. We may want to hold on and check what is going on if we experience a lot of stress, worrying, struggles or a series of hiccups and misfortunes. This card came up reverse. It draws our attention to what lies behind the smoke. What is painful or diffult to look at in the mirror? Usually, they are our fears that we are not good enugh. Forgiveness came up today from the Chakra Wisdom Oracle Cards by Tori Hartman. This deck is one of my personal favourite. The fables are lovely and very accurate. Here goes the story of Rhonda Rhino. "In the town of Amethyst lives Rhonda Rhino. She doesn’t take her mother’s drinking problem personally, but she dreams of becoming a beloved family pet. One day, gunfire rings out. Rhinos scatter and a small human child is caught up in the chaos. Rhonda picks him up and runs to safety. Books about forgiveness fill libraries, there are many courses you can take to learn about it, etc. There are many concepts about what is forgiveness after all. "Life isn't fair!" we hear it often. It isn't, it just is. Life. It is difficult, boring, beautiful, full of miracles, tragic, funny, uplifting, challenging, etc. A lot of the experiences we have depends on what label do we choose to put on them. The least resistance we offer to life the more it just is. Life. All of our experiences make our life, not just those that we cherish. In fairness, the diffcult ones has a place in it too, since we wouldn't be who we are if didn't learn through them as well. Make peace with them and you'll find your peace too.
