Adaptability is in high demand right now. We can be very resistant to change and at the same time, we are very good at it. You can observe that all around you these days, how we all need to adapt individually and how large organizations need to do that too. It is our best tool too survive and thrive. Adapting means to radically accept what is and not offering any resistance. It wastes precious energy and time :) I think it is best to look at it as an adventure or experiment. It is amazing what creative solutions can we come up with when we need to. Right now, however difficult it feels to leave our comfort zone, we are kicked out it and we need to surf the wawes. The Tree of Life

This is a lovely message just at the beginning of nature's yearly renewal. Time to pause and check out your gear before you spring into it. The branches may still look bare but you can already notice the first buds. Check out your roots, take time to reflect how much of your time do you spend in the now. Thoughts takes us to the future or the past. You may feel stressed and agitated if you do that a lot. How is your connection? Do you feel that you are always supported or you do you feel that you need to take care of everything by yourself. Trust in your support and guidance, leave some room for SPIRIT.
