Be Yourself is the Magical Message from the Fairies

Be Yourself! Do we hear this a lot? Yes we do. Yet, what do we make of it? Who am I if not myself? How do I do that, just to be myself? I believe you may have asked some similar questions yourself.

Yourself, your true self that is, is the one that you find when you've finished the peeling job, It is not something you become, it was always there. So what happened to it? We find that situations, similar types of people - usually not pleasant - keep popping up in our lives over and over and again. If we ask "Why me again?" the question doesn't lead anywhere since we keep trying to dig deeper in the same track which is called "pleasing others". We please others because we believe that we are not lovable and good enough That is when life tries to show us that this is a dead-end street and the only way out is "JUST TO BE OURSELVES". Side note:We often think that this is some kind of punishment. It is not! It is our own learning based on our own choices.

If you find it diffucult to answer the question "How am I just myself" start by looking at your life and find the things you don't like to do or hate to do but you do it anyway. The same rule applies to people. So why do we do these things? Take a look at the stories you tell yourself. Probably, you do things you hate because of some fear of saying no, or conflict or loosing love. Most of these fears are not true and those people you'll loose by saying no, should've been lost a long time ago.

Your true self is not afraid of saying no. Your true self is not afraid of what other people think. So what happened to your true self? Here comes the peeling job. Peel away the layers of what you believed about yourself to survive all the trauma in your life. Many of us have diffuclties in childhood and carry our low self-esteem patterns into adulthod. We keep trying to better ourselves for better results but still not good enough. Keep giving more and more and not receive back. And so on...

What we learn through this is that we do not need to be better than who we are and there is no way we can please everybody. The way back to yourself is to accept, love and appreciate yourself for WHO you are and not for any achievements. This will help you to have the relatioship that you want - to be loved for who you are. You know what is that like, it feels really-really comfortable since you don't need to pretend or play roles at all. This will help you to have the career that you want since you'll stop doing things you hate to do.

It really works for all situations in life so start peeling off everything you are not. Start asking yourself what do I love to do and do more of it and never look back.

All love
