Affirmations work in so many ways and levels. However, why do I believe it is a magic wand?

- by affirming what you want you set your intention
- it makes you focus on something positive
- it makes you focus on what you want - the way you want something to unfold rather then something you wish to avoid
- you communicate to SPIRIT and the Angels what you wish and what you'd like them to support you.

Affirmations help you to remember that you are a powerful creator being and every creation starts with setting your intention.

Adaptability is in high demand right now. We can be very resistant to change and at the same time, we are very good at it. You can observe that all around you these days, how we all need to adapt individually and how large organizations need to do that too. It is our best tool too survive and thrive. Adapting means to radically accept what is and not offering any resistance. It wastes precious energy and time :) I think it is best to look at it as an adventure or experiment.  To go on a vision quest can be useful when you feel stuck, lost or confused. Try to empty yourself as much as possible. I mean to be really open to anything that may show up. A vision quest is not about pushing for a verification or confirmation of what we want to hear. Release any expectations. The way you'll receive a vision or guidance or information may be very different from anybody else out there who get all these cool, funky visions.
