The world definitely needs more of it, we all do. Love heals. Love is our essence. Love emanating from our heart is our best guide. All our emotional, physical, ect. issues are basically a lack of love. We all know these things and yet sometimes loving can be so difficult and yet it is so easy!

Adaptability is in high demand right now. We can be very resistant to change and at the same time, we are very good at it. You can observe that all around you these days, how we all need to adapt individually and how large organizations need to do that too. It is our best tool too survive and thrive. Adapting means to radically accept what is and not offering any resistance. It wastes precious energy and time :) I think it is best to look at it as an adventure or experiment.  To go on a vision quest can be useful when you feel stuck, lost or confused. Try to empty yourself as much as possible. I mean to be really open to anything that may show up.
