The Daily Guidance from your Angels is Assertiveness

Isn't it one of those buzzwords that everbody uses yet it's real meaning eludes us?

Here is a simple enough definition for assertiveness: "Someone who is assertive behaves confidently and is not frightened to say what they want or believe." That is so liberating, however, even if somebody hasn't got any self-esteem issues we all try to fit in to some extent in many situations. 

 I believe that sometime in our life we all get to a point when we become just too tired to play games and we shed our disguises and masks and choose to speak our truth. First and foremost we want to be true to ourselves and by principle we are powerful creators choosing our own experiences. You may say, "Oh yeah, here we go again, but how do I do that?" To sum up the above principle, we are not victims. We don't need to please anybody to accept or to love us. The most important thing that we can do for ouselves is to love us and that can be started by saying no to things we don't like to do, we don't want to do or in fact we hate to do. Say NO! We all have a dozen excuses, but at the end of the day that is what they are, excuses. We always have a choice. It may be diffcult, but it is a choice. Make the choice of loving yourself and speak your truth. Your thyroid will thank you for it :)

Adaptability is in high demand right now. We can be very resistant to change and at the same time, we are very good at it. You can observe that all around you these days, how we all need to adapt individually and how large organizations need to do that too. It is our best tool too survive and thrive. Adapting means to radically accept what is and not offering any resistance. It wastes precious energy and time :) I think it is best to look at it as an adventure or experiment. It is amazing what creative solutions can we come up with when we need to. Right now, however difficult it feels to leave our comfort zone, we are kicked out it and we need to surf the wawes. This message came up in February and here it is again. So let's face our fears and take a look at what lies beyond. The Vision Quest

 To go on a vision quest can be useful when you feel stuck, lost or confused. Try to empty yourself as much as possible. I mean to be really open to anything that may show up. A vision quest is not about pushing for a verification or confirmation of what we want to hear. Release any expectations. The way you'll receive a vision or guidance or information may be very different from anybody else out there who get all these cool, funky visions. It is a place where you can always return for clarity. Spirit will support you whatever you  choose to do.
