that you need some more gentle food. Easy to digest, full of nutrition and juices. Make it as vegeterian or vegan as it is good for you. The point is that it is fulfilling and light. It will take care of our bodies as well as our energies. It is great fun to commune with Nature and Earth through its produce, especially if it is something you grow for yourself.

Adaptability is in high demand right now. We can be very resistant to change and at the same time, we are very good at it. You can observe that all around you these days, how we all need to adapt individually and how large organizations need to do that too. It is our best tool too survive and thrive. Adapting means to radically accept what is and not offering any resistance. It wastes precious energy and time :) I think it is best to look at it as an adventure or experiment.  To go on a vision quest can be useful when you feel stuck, lost or confused. Try to empty yourself as much as possible. I mean to be really open to anything that may show up. A vision quest is not about pushing for a verification or confirmation of what we want to hear. Release any expectations. The way you'll receive a vision or guidance or information may be very different from anybody else out there who get all these cool, funky visions.
